Best Companies is an annual survey asking staff for feedback on how the company is performing across a broad range of criteria. Once this survey is complete, the company is then scored on its performance both against its scores from the previous year and compared to similar sized organisations. Ideally, the company should take the feedback and scores and use this as a basis for improvement.
Internal communications notifying staff of the upcoming survey includes posters, staff emails, the company intranet and Teams presentations.
