Client: Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM)
Each year, staff are required to complete a Performance Development Review (PDR). HR requested that all collateral relating to the PDR was brought in alignment with the new internal communications 'look and feel' – this included the colour palette and illustration style. This was then carried over to the collateral required for the annual "Going The Extra Mile" staff recognition and awards.
Assets required included: intranet and staff email graphics, monitor graphics and PowerPoint templates.
